Readathon, the UK’s biggest sponsored reading event, is the ideal way to celebrate World Book Day on 7 March 2013. Readathon encourages children to read for pleasure by allowing them to read whatever they want, however they want – fiction, non-fiction, comics, poetry, e-books or just listen to stories. The money raised helps seriously ill children and your school gets free books worth 20% of the total it raises!

As well as running Readwell, which provides books and storytellers for children in hospitals, we support two exceptional children’s charities: CLIC Sargent and Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity.
