Implementation Consultant (English/Literacy)

• Location: Home based – training sessions in York
• Contract type: Full Time
• Contract term: Three years
• Reporting to: Executive Director

Success for All-UK is a rapidly expanding, evidence-based, whole-school improvement programme delivered through the medium of literacy.  We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic and highly motivated consultant.

The successful candidates must:

• have a good proven track record of experience in their field
• have Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent recognised (UKBA) qualification
• have extensive experience of delivering curricula through co-operative learning
• be an outstanding classroom teacher
• be able to inspire and develop first-class delivery to staff in schools
• have high expectations of others and self
• be self-motivated
• be an excellent communicator
• be a team player
• be flexible
• be able to travel across the UK (this is a core and essential requirement)
• have extensive understanding and/or experience of delivering evidence based practice for the benefit of young people
